RETURN POLICY

The products sold through www.cristianluchian.com are unique, handcrafted artworks, each object being individually created through an unrepeatable artistic process. For this reason, in accordance with Art. 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, these products are considered personalized/unique goods and are not subject to the legal right of withdrawal.

Parcel Reception

• Upon receiving the parcel, the client is kindly asked to check the integrity of the packaging.
• If the parcel shows visible damage, it is recommended to refuse it and immediately notify SC Timeland Odyssey SRL.

Since unique artworks are not eligible for return on the basis of a “change of mind,” product returns are only possible in specific situations.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

A return will be accepted in the following situations:

• The product presents manufacturing defects;
• The product was damaged during transport;
• The delivered product is different from the one ordered.

To exercise this right, the client must submit a written request by e-mail to the contact address available on the website.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be carried out using specialized transport for fragile parcels, arranged and paid for by the seller.

Refunds

SC Timeland Odyssey SRL will refund the value of the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to an account provided by the client in the written request sent by e-mail.
